The most useful conversations start with: which problem is most pressing (GPU fleet scheduling, hardware finance audit, or both), your current serving stack, and your fleet size. We'll take it from there.

FAQ
Common questions before getting started.
Can I buy Asset Passport without Helm?
Yes. Passport supports standalone deployment. You do not need Aurora Helm or any Aurora inference product. Passport connects directly to your existing telemetry sources — DCGM, Prometheus, Run:ai, and vendor APIs. The Docker pilot works independently and is typically ready for a first evaluation in 30–60 minutes.
Does Helm require Aurora's telemetry to be installed first?
No. Helm connects to your existing fleet signals — DCGM, Prometheus, Run:ai, and vendor APIs. Aurora telemetry is the shared platform built into both Helm and Passport, not a separate stack you need to deploy before piloting. Your current monitoring sources are sufficient to get started.
Is Telemetry a separate product?
No. Fleet dashboard and metrics are included with Helm and Passport — not a separate SKU to buy or set up. The same telemetry pipeline feeds Helm's scheduling decisions and Passport's audit evidence.
Is GPU fleet automation fully validated?
Pilot first. Helm GPU fleet features are in pilot and projection phase. We are explicit about what is measured versus projected. Fleet automation is off by default — your team enables it when you are confident in the forecasts and schedules. We will not publish guaranteed speedup multipliers we haven't measured.
Do I need Aurora inference to use Asset Passport?
No. Passport works with your existing telemetry sources. You do not need to deploy Aurora inference or any Lumina AI serving stack to use Passport's covenant compliance, audit trail, or residual-value scoring features.
